This “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star is going to be a mom for the first time.
Kenya Moore is expecting a baby with her husband Marc Daly, she revealed on a Season 10 reunion show for her reality series.
“We will definitely be welcoming a boy or girl in late this year,” Moore told host Andy Cohen during the Sunday evening broadcast.
“I don’t want to talk about the details because I’m still very nervous about everything so I want to get past a safe place,” she said.
Moore, 47, married Daly last June and has spoken about her desire to have children multiple times since.
She visited a fertility clinic in Barbados last November and told E! News several weeks later that she “absolutely” hoped to expand her family.
“My husband wants children with me and we are working on it,” Moore told the entertainment website. “I’m hopeful that within the year, I’ll have a little one running around.”
Hollywood baby boom
Moore won the Miss USA pageant in 1993 but has found renewed fame in recent years as a full-time cast member on “Real Housewives” for the past six seasons.
She took to Twitter following Sunday’s announcement to thank several people for their support, and told one inquiring fan she was not using a surrogate before adding, “but maybe my next one.”
